Play condition on this adorable Valentine’s themed dress. Long sleeves with ruffle cuffs. White dress with pink hearts print all over and pink ruffle collar. The design is  embroidered. There is minor damage/staining noted on pink collar, looks like potentially watercolor paint that’s been stain treated but had not completely come out. 2 close up photos attached.
